Polar Bears are frustrated with losing record in C but cannot move down to D
Suggestion of capping number of players rostered at higher levels as is done in E

28 Howell was suggested as a player needing to move up but was not agreed by the group

Consensus on refereeing is the group desires more penalty calls throughout, even if some of the calls may be wrong, rather than too few calls
Jake Gerth may have interest in starting a team in B Minor

D/E/F meeting started at 7:23
Opinion on limiting number of higher-rostered players in E - mixed; some feel it’s an improvement, some feel the league has worsened
Multiple complaints about goalies being struck in the crease; penalty calls are not being made
Referees need to blow the whistle forcefully/audibly
Referees need to blow the whistle when a player is down and unable to get up
Intent doesn’t matter to penalty calls
Suggestion for adult Try Hockey For Free; concerns are gear availability and ice time cost; Waterloo has used it successfully with prior sign-up

Agreement that B-Minus players are not permitted; limit of 3 C players per team; if all teams are filled to 3 C players, additional players can be evenly distributed
